Managing executions

Listing executions

When accessing the Executions menu item, all executions (related to any job) are displayed as a list with some piece of information like status, related job, job tags, start date and duration. Any of these information can be used to filter or sort the list.
From the list, you can access the details of a specific execution by clicking on it. You can also delete an execution.

An execution is created when a job is scheduled and a STEPXML file is in the job folder. Multiple files will generate multiple executions.

Execution details

Accessing an execution details, the logs and some additionnal information such as duration, start date and related job is displayed.

The logs can be filtered by level (info, warn, error) and can also be downloaded if needed. Executions with running or not yet started status are automatically updated without the need to refresh the page.

It is also possible to retry a failed job (as long as the related STEPXML file still exists). On retry, you will be automatically redirected to the new execution (with the Not yet started status).
